Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Plan and assign daily workload to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety policies, ensuring proper use of PPE.
- Train and mentor new and existing warehouse personnel.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with carriers for inbound and outbound logistics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
