We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in our Durham, North Carolina location! This position is key to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. You will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment, all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory according to customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Wear and properly utilize all required PPE, such as gloves and safety glasses.
- Adhere to safe lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow company policies and procedures for fulfillment and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by upholding safety standards.
- Be prepared for physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items.
- Understand the importance of timely and accurate order processing in the logistics chain.
