We are seeking energetic Order Pickers to join our warehouse team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this vital role within our logistics operations, you will be responsible for accurately gathering items to fulfill customer orders. This involves using RF scanners to navigate the warehouse, identifying correct products, and ensuring the right quantities are picked. Your accuracy and efficiency are key to customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong focus on detail and the ability to maintain pace in a dynamic environment. Safety is paramount, and all employees must strictly follow safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE. This is a physically demanding job that requires standing, walking, and regular lifting. Comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify product details and quantities.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Meet daily productivity goals.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervision.
- Support the overall logistics workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
