Physical Therapist

The physical therapist provides skilled physical therapy services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Schedule : 2 days a week as needed- could be weekends 2 weekend day a month

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree – Required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Licensure:

• Active Physical Therapy license in North Carolina – Required
