Are you a highly driven technical leader who can connect business strategy with execution? We're looking for a Scrum Master / Program Manager who will be driving program-level alignment, roadmap execution, and outcome delivery. In this hybrid role, you will not only facilitate Agile processes, but you will also own the "why" and "how" behind key initiatives, ensuring work directly ties to strategic goals and progresses with discipline and clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
  • Partner with product owners and business leaders to ensure teams understand why work matters and how it connects to organizational goals.
  • Drive program-level planning, dependency management, and cross-team alignment.
  • Oversee execution of complex technical initiatives, including database migration and cloud modernization.
  • Track and communicate progress, risks, timelines, and outcomes to leadership.
  • Push initiative momentum, removing blockers, managing risks, and ensuring forward progress.
  • Blend Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management approaches where needed.
  • Guide teams in Agile best practices while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master and 8+ years driving program execution in complex enterprise environments, or equivalent hybrid leadership experience.
  • Experience leading multiple teams in large-scale, fast-paced enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in cloud and data migration projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy to execution and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in Jira for planning, dependency tracking, and roadmap visualization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, SAFe, Lean, and blended delivery models.

Nice To Have

  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Advanced Agile or SAFe certifications (CSM, PSM II, SA, SPC, etc.).
  • Experience working closely with architecture, DevOps, and engineering teams.

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
