Position Summary
Radiant Global Logistics is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Onsite IT Support Technician I to join our IT Support team. This role provides direct, hands-on technical support to onsite users, assists with IT purchasing and asset management, oversees laptop imaging and deployment, and supports various IT initiatives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, resourceful in problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Onsite Technical Support
- Provide in-person technical assistance for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Respond promptly to walk-up requests, service desk tickets, and VIP user support needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with key systems, including:
- Windows OS, Office 365, and Outlook
- SAP TM (logistics), SAP ECC (accounting)
- Salesforce, CargoWise, and AS400
- Log and maintain accurate records of support activities in the ticketing system.
- Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule (with additional compensation).
- Verify and audit vendor charges for accuracy and legitimacy.
Printer Support
- Coordinate with Xerox to manage and resolve printer-related issues.
- Ensure all devices are maintained, functional, and optimized for office use.
IT Purchasing and Asset Management
- Support IT procurement and inventory tracking, including vendor communications.
- Track the receipt, inspection, and deployment of all IT hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate asset records and ensure equipment is properly assigned and updated.
Laptop Imaging & Deployment
- Configure, image, and deploy laptops using Endpoint Central or similar tools.
- Support both new hire and replacement device setups for employees.
- Provide primary support for Windows-based systems, with occasional Mac OS assistance.
Special IT Projects
- Participate in technology rollouts, office relocations, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate on internal process improvements and documentation updates.
General IT Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance and software updates to ensure performance and security.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts to proactively address issues.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Previous experience with imaging tools and IT support platforms preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Mac OS a plus.
- Experience with Active Directory, basic networking, and troubleshooting utilities.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP TM, SAP ECC, Salesforce, CargoWise, and AS400 preferred.

Work Schedule
- Standard schedule of 8 hours per day with required meal and rest breaks.
- Flexibility required during critical projects or system downtime.
- On-Call Rotation: Occurs every 6 weeks.
- Weekdays: 5:30 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday-Thursday)
- Weekends: 5:30 PM Friday – 5:00 AM Monday
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands for keyboarding or handling equipment.
- Occasionally required to lift or move IT equipment up to 50 lbs., with bending, stopping, or kneeling as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $ $28.00 hourly
- Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
- Additional Compensation: On-call stipend plus pay for any hours worked during on-call shifts.
