What You'll Do
Provide therapy and encouragement to patients following established plans of care

Help patients use adaptive devices and learn daily living skills
Support Occupational Therapists with exercises, communication, and care coordination
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health standards
Keep therapy equipment organized and clean
Participate in care plan meetings and share valuable feedback about patient progress

What We're Looking For

• Current Florida OTA license (required)
  Experience in home health or therapy settings (preferred but not required)
  Compassionate communicator with strong time management skills
  Comfortable using EMR and basic Microsoft Office tools
  A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help others
