Receptionist – Day Spa

Job Summary
We're looking for a friendly, polished receptionist to be the face of our Day Spa / Med Spa. If you love creating a welcoming environment and enjoy helping people look and feel their best, this could be the perfect fit for you

What you'll do:

• Greet clients with a warm smile and ensure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
• Answer phone calls and handle client questions with care
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Keep the reception and front desk area clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with daily spa operations and support the team as needed
• Share product knowledge and promote spa packages (you'll earn commission on sales)

What we're looking for:

• Eligible to work in the US
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive energy
• Full-time availability (at least 40 hours per week)
• Bilingual (Portuguese and/or Spanish) is a big plus
• Enthusiastic young woman with a polished, professional presence
