Lead Operations That Power Historic Restoration
The Tradesmen Group, LLC (TTG) is seeking a skilled and organized Production Supervisor to oversee fabrication and logistics operations at our Stuart, FL facility. This site supports both regional and national restoration projects through equipment maintenance, material coordination, and production planning.
TTG is a nationally recognized, 100% employee-owned contractor specializing in the restoration of historically significant buildings. With locations in Washington, D.C., Tennessee, and Georgia, our team self-performs a wide range of trades including masonry, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, and painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse, shop, and yard environment
- Supervise fabrication processes, CNC operations, and equipment upkeep
- Manage tools, materials, and inventory, including proper storage and disposal
- Coordinate logistics for project mobilization and demobilization
- Lead small teams, assign tasks, and monitor production timelines
- Train new employees and support quality control efforts
- Assist with asset tracking and basic purchasing functions
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience supervising crews and managing production workflows
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic repair capabilities
- Multi-trade experience (e.g., carpentry, welding, sheet metal, painting)
- Familiarity with construction and restoration processes
- Ability to design custom fixtures and tooling
- Proficiency with CAD software and general computer tasks
- Skilled in CNC machine operation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
