Valet Attendant Overnight

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking area, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a keen attention to detail. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas.
• Safely drive and park vehicles while adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding parking procedures and policies.
• Assist in resolving any customer inquiries or issues related to parking services.
• Utilize cash registers or point-of-sale systems for processing payments.
• Ensure that all vehicles are parked securely and monitored for safety.
• Provide valet parking services when required, demonstrating professionalism at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling processes and retail math is advantageous.
• Experience with valet parking or working in a dealership setting is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse clientele is essential.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required to operate customer vehicles safely.
