Dental Treatment Coordinator
Sales Experience is a must Are you a people person and want to get patients happy and healthy? Then look no further and join our team We are an office that is built on helping patients get the treatment they need to live healthy and you can be that person that can help us build our program further. You must be comfortable with selling We are an established 60yr old PPO/FFS office in South Suburbs. We utilize Eaglesoft Software and incorporate digital dentistry. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in sales in the dental field.

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is confident, motivated, and comfortable discussing treatment plans and finances with patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, explaining value, and helping patients say "yes" to the care they need.

You do not need prior dental experience—we are willing to train the right candidate. However, you must be comfortable talking about money, presenting treatment, and "selling" dentistry in an ethical, patient-centered way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present dental treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Discuss fees, insurance, and financing options with patients
  • Answer patient questions and address concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment
  • Coordinate scheduling for treatment acceptance
  • Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation in practice management software
