Bricks & Minifigs is a specialty retail store where we bring joy to our customers through LEGO sets, minifigures, and collectibles. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining operational excellence across all locations.

The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and coachable General Manager to run our Orem store while helping train and support new franchisees. This role combines store operations, financial oversight, customer service leadership, and training responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

• Operate the Orem store to achieve sales, margin, and operational goals.
• Assist with inventory management, labor scheduling, and daily store operations.
• Model exceptional customer service and coach team members and franchisees.
• Lead in-store and cohort-based training for new GMs and franchise partners.
• Support franchisees in onboarding, store transitions, and operational improvements.
• Help document best practices and improve training materials.

Who We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of retail experience, ideally with some supervisory or leadership exposure.
• Strong customer service skills with a desire to coach and mentor others.
• Basic understanding of retail numbers (sales, labor, inventory) or willingness to learn.
• Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Coachable and growth-oriented, ready to develop into a long-term leadership role.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or support.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in specialty or franchise retail.
• Exposure to training, onboarding, or store transitions.

Pay: $35, $45,000.00 per year
