Duties

• Efficiently clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
• Clear and reset tables swiftly to prepare for incoming guests, ensuring a smooth flow during busy hours.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Support catering and banquet events by handling dishware and assisting with setup or cleanup to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to uphold a pristine environment.
• Handle food handling responsibilities with care, following safety protocols to prevent contamination or accidents.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of bussing, food preparation, and basic kitchen operations enhances your ability to excel in this role.
• Experience with banquet or catering setups demonstrates adaptability in diverse event settings.
