Pump Truck Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Pump Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating specialized trucks to transport and deliver materials efficiently and safely. Duties

• Operate pump trucks and other commercial vehicles including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tanker trucks, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks
• Load and unload materials safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary
• Drive route schedules to deliver freight accurately and on time across designated areas
• Ensure proper securing of loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations
• Assist with maintenance checks and report any vehicle issues promptly

Qualifications

• Experience in truck driving, including route driving and delivery driver experience
• Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to load & unload freight efficiently using forklifts or manual methods
• Familiarity with various truck types such as dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker trucks is preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to freight transport and vehicle operation
• Strong driving record with a focus on safety and compliance
• Physical ability to load/unload freight and perform routine vehicle inspections
