Reflection is a four-year program that supports survivors of human trafficking as they rebuild their lives. We provide crisis stabilization, second-stage homes, and structured aftercare, along with medical care, therapeutic support, life-skills training, and education opportunities. Position Overview
We are looking for Resident Advisors who bring empathy, steadiness, and a calm presence. RAs help create a safe and structured environment where residents can heal, build confidence, and learn new skills. Consistent, healthy boundaries are essential in this role and are a key part of supporting residents well. You will be part of a team that shows up with compassion and clarity every day.

This is a shift-work position with openings on daytime, evening, and overnight shifts. Most team members work three to four shifts per week, and some weekend availability is needed.

What You Will Do

• Support residents with day-to-day routines, encouragement, and structure
• Maintain a safe, peaceful, and predictable environment
• Document observations, incidents, and progress notes clearly
• Assist with appointments, daily tasks, and transportation
• Respond to conflict or crisis with patience and trauma-informed care
• Model healthy boundaries and reinforce program expectations consistently
• Partner with case managers and program staff on individualized care plans
• Help uphold a culture rooted in dignity, respect, and hope

What We Look For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in caregiving, human services, residential programs, or trauma-informed work is helpful
• Strong communication and the ability to maintain clear, healthy boundaries
• Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver license, reliable transportation (personal vehicle), and current insurance

Schedule and Pay

• Full-time and PRN positions available
• Shift work including weekends and holidays
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
