JOB FUNCTION:
The senior financial analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting
processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing
projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. As a senior financial
analyst, you will also be responsible for providing operational teams with financial guidance and
assisting with monthly close processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for
senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenarios to support strategic planning
and business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends,
opportunities, and risks.
- Perform business case analysis and ROI evaluation for new projects, investments, and
acquisitions.
- Provide financial guidance and support to various business units and functions on budgeting
and/or forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency
and accuracy of the FP&A function as well as the business overall.
- Assist and perform month-end closing of Operations cost centers. Includes providing a
detailed analysis and commentary on results.
- Utilize BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance. This includes
assistance with the development/improvement of dashboards and automated reports utilizing
the Company's BI software.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and company policies.
Perform research and analysis as required.
Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA and/or CPA a plus.
3+ years of relevant experience and/or training in FP&A or corporate finance.
Must be able to analyze statistical and financial data.
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
Candidates must possess exceptional organizational, creative, advisory, informational,
instructional, communication and problem solving/meeting skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other financial software and tools. JD Edwards or
Power BI experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
Ability to work with all levels of management and personnel.
