Senior Product Manager
on IBM Software's
Operational Excellence team
, you will drive strategic initiatives and internal processes that enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality across IBM Software's Core, ALM, and Support & SRE organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring IBM delivers world-class experiences to clients by optimizing operations, reducing complexity, and enabling continuous improvement with a laser focus on revenue growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a roadmap that improves renewal processes, enhances predictability, all while aligning with IBM's vision for operational excellence. Your work will directly impact IBM's ability to deliver products faster, with higher quality, and at lower cost.

Your Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
Identify and drive areas of improvement for engineering teams to engage with sales to help increase renewal rates
- Improve inefficiencies in product development, delivery, and support processes.
Implement frameworks and tools that improve productivity and reduce operational risk.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use analytics and metrics to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive adoption of dashboards and reporting tools for transparency and accountability.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with engineering, finance, and operations teams to implement best practices.
Influence stakeholders and gain buy-in for operational initiatives across the organization.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Introduce automation, AI-driven insights, and modern methodologies to streamline workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate them into IBM's operational strategy.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Experience:
5+ years in sales, product management, operations, or related roles within technology organizations.
Proven track record of driving operational improvements at scale.
Technical & Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, and enterprise software delivery.
Leadership & Communication:
Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to translate insights into action.
