Position Overview: As a Line Cook,

You will play a crucial role in the food preparation and cooking process within a professional kitchen. You will work alongside a team of professionals, under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager, to ensure the timely and efficient production of high-quality dishes. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary terms, and cooking methods.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives, grills, ovens, and fryers.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Job Description: Dishwasher

Position Overview: As a dishwasher, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment used in a food service establishment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, supporting the smooth operation of the culinary team. This entry-level position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus but not always required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and utensils is beneficial.
• Familiarity with proper handling of cleaning chemicals and sanitization techniques.
