We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead 0 1 development across energy management, supply chain optimization, manufacturing automation, food retail systems, and industrial Iot.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of AI/IoT products that extend and monetize company hardware.
• Run cross-functional pods (engineering, data science, strategy, GTM) from concept to launch.
• Convert customer problems into machine-learning solutions (predictive maintenance, energy optimization, supply chain intelligence, computer vision, automation).
• Partner with ML engineers to assess data quality, model feasibility, and technical constraints.
• Align hardware realities (sensors, connectivity, edge compute) with software and AI capabilities.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to executives and engineering teams.
• Drive rapid experiments to validate product-market fit and define measurable outcomes.
• Build repeatable frameworks to scale successful solutions across business units.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in product management delivering AI/ML-powered products (HARD REQUIREMENT).
  Proven 0- 1 product experience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Background in IoT, connected hardware, or hardware-software integration.
• Strong technical fluency with ML models, training data, and evaluation.
• Experience with generative AI/LLMs and core ML methods (classification, prediction, supervised/unsupervised learning).
• Familiarity with sensors, connectivity protocols, edge computing, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to influence across matrixed teams and translate business needs into executable technical requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience building AI products in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Experience launching hardware at scale.
• Knowledge of edge AI, computer vision, or industrial automation.
