Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Mechanic to oversee daily maintenance and repair operations, guide a team of technicians, and ensure the highest level of quality, safety, and productivity. - Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding diagnostics, repair needs, and timelines.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, lifting, balancing, stooping, squatting, and working in environments with loud noise, dust, fumes, and extreme temperatures.
