Front Desk Associate – MassageLuXe Spa

Overview:
MassageLuXe, a rapidly growing luxury spa brand, is seeking friendly, professional Front Desk Wellness Associates to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional spa experience while supporting sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests: Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for all clients
• Promote Services & Memberships: Recommend spa treatments and membership options that meet client needs (and earn bonuses when you do)
• Customer Service: Build strong relationships, provide support, and ensure client satisfaction
• Membership Sales: Speak with clients and go over the benefits of massage / facials and our deeply discounted down memberships.

Spa Operations:

• Schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out
• Manage memberships
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and spa area

• Friendly & Professional: You love helping people and bring positive energy
• Goal-Oriented: You're excited by challenges and motivated to hit sales targets
• Strong Communicator: Confident explaining services and engaging with guests
• Flexible & Reliable: Available for day, evening, and one weekend shift per week
• Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, upbeat, outgoing and professional personality
• Customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication skills and goal-driven attitude
• Reliable with flexible availability (including at least one weekend shift)
• Work well unsupervised
• Good with Constructive Criticism
