has an immediate need for a Sr. Program Analyst who will provide technical support to our SHIELD Programmatic contract at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description
The Sr. Program Analyst will provide Support Product Office leadership on the SGT STOUT Family of Systems Inc 1-4 and provide expert consultation on logistics and operational aspects in testing, logistics, and weapons system integration.
Responsibilities
- Verifies test plans of various types of testing including user, integration, performance, and live fire testing.
- Coordinates with stakeholders across the Services and Industry.
- Supports customer needs and travels as required.
- Exercises strong written and oral communication, and multi-tasks with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
- Supports and extends across doctrine and training, training integration, training devices, programs of instruction, materiel release, technical manual publications, engineering, and system safety.
- Develops and executes strategic plans to optimize resource management and maintenance oversight.
- Coordinates large-scale operations and manage budgets effectively.
- Implements process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Applies knowledge of military standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite to create comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Leverage leadership experience to provide strategic guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess an Active Secret Security Clearance, or have the ability to obtain a clearance.
- Experience coordinating between military services and industry partners to meet operational objectives.
- Experience verifying test plans for military systems, including user and integration testing.
- Must have served in a senior advisory role providing strategic guidance and mentorship to leadership teams.
- Experience successfully briefing senior leaders by communicating complex, technical information.
