Duties

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
• Ensure high standards of customer service by training and supervising employees on effective phone etiquette and customer interaction.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products to meet market demands.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance sales growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and promote a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and market trends is advantageous.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks related to inventory management and sales reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
