ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a talented Copywriter to join our creative team on a contract basis. This person will craft engaging, on-brand copy across multiple channels from websites and blogs to social media, campaigns, and email. You'll collaborate with designers, strategists, and SEO specialists to bring client stories to life in a way that's authentic, impactful, and aligned with their brand voice.

This is a great fit for someone who loves switching between creative storytelling and strategic, data-driven content that drives results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write compelling, original copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and relatable messaging tailored to each client's audience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy, tone, and SEO best practices.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and style consistency.
• Contribute ideas to creative campaigns and brand development projects.
• Adapt quickly to different brand voices and project types.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a copywriter (agency or freelance experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both creative and strategic writing.
• Understanding of SEO writing principles and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with efficiency and creativity.
• Experience writing for cannabis, wellness, or purpose-driven brands is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
