Duties

• Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; report changes to healthcare professionals promptly
• Support medication administration following proper HIPAA guidelines and care plans established by nursing staff
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through routine cleaning tasks and infection control practices
• Observe and document patient conditions, behaviors, and progress to inform care plans and ensure safety
