Role Overview:

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role serves as a critical quality assurance checkpoint for AI model development. You will act as a meticulous auditor of AI-generated content, applying strict rubrics to grade responses for helpfulness, safety, and instructional compliance. Your work will directly identify performance gaps and ensure the model delivers high-value, error-free interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quality assurance reviews on AI-generated text, grading outputs against complex multi-point rubrics.
• Identify and categorize specific types of errors, such as formatting issues, failure to follow negative constraints, or subtle safety violations.
• Compare model outputs side-by-side to determine which response best aligns with user intent and quality standards.
• Provide clear, actionable written feedback explaining
  why
  a specific response failed a quality check to facilitate model correction.
• Monitor for and flag recurring patterns of low-quality outputs or bias to help refine global training guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Content QA, Editing, Proofreading, or Data Annotation is highly preferred.
• Exceptional eye for detail; you can spot a missing Oxford comma or a slight deviation from instructions instantly.
• Ability to internalize and apply complex style guides and grading rubrics strictly and consistently.
• Strong analytical skills to objectively evaluate content without inserting personal preference unless requested.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Rate:
  Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
• Flexibility:
  100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
