Maintenance Director

What you'll do:

• Hire, supervise, and manage the performance of maintenance team members and ensure that all associates follow established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies
• Coordinates with contractors and venders making sure insurance and licenses are current
• Conducts regular inspections of all Life Safety Systems including fire extinguishers, sprinkler and alarm systems
• Maintains inventory control for all general supplies, parts and equipment.
• Develop performance standards and processes for the maintenance function
• Manage the department within budgetary guidelines tracking inventory usage and ordering supplies when necessary
• Understands and implements the role of the department's safety and disaster plan

What we need from you:

• HVAC experience, preferred
• Long term care or skilled nursing facility maintenance experience, preferred
• Leadership skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Dependability
