Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative located in Huntington, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, address customer needs, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include responding to customer issues, managing customer interactions, resolving complaints efficiently, maintaining positive relationships, and contributing to enhancing customer satisfaction. Onsite client work will be required.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction to provide excellent support to clients.
- Expertise in Customer Support and managing Customer Service Representative duties effectively.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or communication is advantageous.
