Job Description

Dave's Garage Doors is looking for new Customer Service Representatives to join our team Our CSR's are responsible for answering incoming phone calls, listening to customers, scheduling appointments, placing and tracking orders, sending invoices, schedule management, communicating with technicians, and occasionally helping with sales out of our showroom. This position has multiple avenues of growth potential such as Door Order Specialist, Lead CSR, Accounts Receivable/Relations and more.

No experience necessary Paid training is provided to all new hires, so even if you don't have experience in the industry we'd love to talk with you

What CSR's Will Do:

· Answer inbound phone calls from customers looking to schedule services.

· Schedule management, including reorganizing schedule appointments to better optimize technician routes.

· Provide order status updates/tracking to customers who have placed new door and/or special orders.

· Occasionally help walk in customers purchase parts out of our showroom.

· Answer and provide basic answers/quotes to customers who may call in with questions regarding the services we offer.

· Assist technicians when needed in our dispatch/point of sale system.

· Respond to customer text messages, voicemails, and website inquiries.

This position does eventually allow for remote work opportunities (working from home 1-2 days a week) after well established employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
