We are currently seeking a
dynamic, compassionate, and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
to lead our facility and help enrich the lives of our residents—making every day brighter with quality care, meaningful connections, and warm smiles.

The Role

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for achieving the company's vision and supporting strategic initiatives while upholding our reputation as an ethical, high-quality healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining optimal facility census
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to position the facility as the top choice in the community
• Lead, develop, and support department heads through strong collaboration and communication
• Establish, implement, and monitor departmental policies and procedures
• Foster a positive culture that highlights teamwork, accountability, and excellence

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
• Valid Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical practices and resident-centered care
