Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a competent Maintenance Technician for our Multi-Unit Luxury Residential facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repairs onsite. An excellent Maintenance Technician must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They should have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc. The goal is to ensure that facilities are always in good and safe working conditions, and residents are satisfied with the service we provide. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

This position is responsible for inspecting our facilities to determine problems and perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance. You will also make apartments ready for the next tenant through dry wall repair, painting and appliance repair. This position also responds promptly to work orders and performs repairs on Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning units (HVAC) and handles pool and spa equipment maintenance, all while adhering to quality standards and health and safety regulations (OSHA).

Skills and Qualifications

This position requires 1-3 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role; at least 1 year of multi-family, industrial, or institutional Service Request experience. Strong technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, heating, and AC, etc.

Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification required; Freon Recovery certification Type I and II, or Universal, mandatory
