Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Multilingual Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Your ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages will ensure seamless interactions across diverse audiences. This position offers a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and office management expertise will shine, contributing directly to the smooth operation of our front desk and overall office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for all who enter the premises
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle front desk duties including check-in procedures, appointment scheduling, and visitor registration
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing correspondence
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in multiple languages when needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in at least two languages; fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
  • Strong computer literacy with skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and general office software
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries with professionalism and friendliness
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management procedures
  • Familiarity with medical receptionist duties, bookkeeping, or personal assistant responsibilities is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.18 per hour
