Summary

Sells/leases new and used vehicles at dealership, at volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction standards.

Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):

· Employs the Orlando Infiniti Credo at all times

· Approaches, greets and offers assistance, direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.

· Offers guests refreshments.

· Sells/leases and delivers a minimum of 9 units per month.

· Employs the 5 Step sales process. (see following page)

· Maintain professional appearance.

Business Development:

· Utilizes dealership CRM and follow-up system to create APPOINTMENTS.

· Generate leads by leveraging personal network, (friends, family, business affiliations, social clubs, Social media, etc.) MUST BE RECORDED IN CRM.

· Maintains owner follow-up and encourages repeat and referral business.

· Maintains established outreach communication with all prospects within CRM.

· Offers test drives to all prospects.

· Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification, (Fraud Fighter) from customer prior to test drive. NEVER hand the key to the customer unless approved by management.

· Reviews and analyzes actions with your coach at the end of each day, week, month to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.

· Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.

Customer Satisfaction:

· Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

· Introduce sales manager to all customer early in the process.

· Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.

· Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.

· Introduces customers to service department personnel and explain our commitment to provide quality service repairs, maintenance and accessories.

· Schedules first service appointment.

· Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, "customer promises," and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.

Skill Development:

· Attends product and sales training courses as requested by management.

· Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.

· Knows and understands equity and values and is able to explain depreciation to the customer.

· Knows and understands the federal, state and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.

· Attends sales meetings.

· Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed forms (insurance information, trade title, etc.).

Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82, $99,104.01 per year
