HVAC Service Technician

Schedule

• Full-Time, Year-Round
• Monday–Friday
• Rotating, pre-scheduled on-call (no surprise rotations)

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC industry experience (residential preferred)
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a drug screen (including marijuana)
• Universal EPA Certification required
• Fluent in English with the ability to clearly explain repairs, options, and recommendations to homeowners

Essential Skills & Technical Knowledge

• Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems
• Working knowledge of:
• Electrical wiring and reading wiring diagrams
• HVAC components and their functions (heating & cooling)
• Ability to:
• Accurately diagnose system issues
• Take clear notes and photos
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, and customers

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver a 5-Star customer experience on every call
• Educate homeowners on system conditions, repair options, and solutions
• Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC equipment efficiently and accurately
• Arrive to work on time, prepared, and ready to work every day
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and integrity on every job
• Follow company standards, safety practices, and training requirements

Tools & Equipment

• Technicians are required to provide their own core hand tools
• Some specialty tools and equipment are provided by the company

Pay: $50, $120,000.00 per year
