You will receive practical on-the-job training and mentorship in our skilled nursing facility under the direct supervision of an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Full-time 40 hours

Salary: $20-50/hour

You will gain a thorough understanding of the following:

  • Our culture, operating model, systems and what it takes to be a successful leader. You will take on projects and real responsibilities at your host facility after mastering the fundamentals of our business.
  • The survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures.
  • Reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing Center administration.
  • The laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.

Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

  • Must be a licensed LPN or RN within the state of Massachusetts
  • Must have completed at least 60 semester hours of education from an accredited college or university
  • Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration or health related field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
