IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company's technology infrastructure, ensure robust data security, and optimize the digital tools that power operations. This position plays a strategic role in planning, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions in partnership with a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee daily IT operations, working closely with the company's MSP to ensure optimal performance of networks, systems, and servers.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are consistently maintained.
• Manage internal IT staff as well as external consultants.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and encryption protocols.
• Proactively monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

System Development & Integration

• Align IT projects and initiatives with business goals in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Oversee system development, updates, and integrations across software applications and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems to support operational efficiency.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate IT-related contracts and agreements.
• Manage and monitor IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Support

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff across departments.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, hardware, and software systems.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
• Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Working Conditions
