Maintenance Technician

About Us: Conway Manufacturing Group is a leader in precision manufacturing, providing high-quality components to various industries. We are seeking a skilled CNC & Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure our equipment runs at peak performance and our facilities stay in good working order.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergency calls promptly.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or certification is preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC Maintenance.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Facility Maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
