Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies. This role involves strategic planning, interaction with executive management, and delivering programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Technical Program Management experience with the ability to work with cross-functional partners
• Technical skills and an engineering background with strong risk assessment capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• Programming experience
• Not only PMP and project manager experience, Technical understanding of distributing systems is important for this role. Not technical at all

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Data Centre Experience
• Experience with large-scale systems in FANG companies (Facebook-Meta, Apple, Netflix, Google)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver programs within constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget
• Manage project scope definition, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Oversee project schedule development and tracking, budget management, and status reporting
• Facilitate complex issue resolution and ensure excellent communication across multiple organizational levels
