Position Overview

Zedcor is seeking a Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads and outbound prospecting efforts. You will educate prospects, qualify opportunities, and work closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver tailored surveillance solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves communicating with customers, and is motivated by achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients in industries such as construction, utilities, logistics, and event management.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate mobile surveillance solutions.
  • Create quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Schedule demos, site assessments, and consultations for the outside sales team.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth deployments and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or lead-gen experience (security industry experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (depending on experience)
