Tittle: Growth Data Science Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA/
Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis from massive amounts of data to extract useful business insights and provide recommendations.
• Design and build intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisions.
• Deliver insights and analytics to help stakeholders answer critical questions related to Payments, Retention, and Expansion initiatives.
• Measure, benchmark, and optimize programs aimed at maximizing product adoption, engagement, expansion, and retention for our customers
  .

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelors in a quantitative field (Statistics, Finance, Math, CS, or related).
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative role.
• 3+ years of SQL skills with excellent hands-on exposure to creating complex queries across multiple database schemas.
• 2+ years of experience creating data visualization dashboards in Tableau or Qlik.
• Proven effectiveness working independently or partnering with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in at least one programming language (eg. R, Python, Scala/Spark or Perl etc).
• Experience setting up experiments and analyzing impact of A/B tests to arrive at conclusive results.
• Work experience at a B2B company.
