Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in various settings, including daycare and classroom environments. Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and promotes behavior management strategies.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns related to child welfare.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with students in early childhood education settings, such as daycare or preschool.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies for fostering positive interactions among students.
• A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development in a supportive educational environment.
