Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Engineer to lead development of our AI-driven product — a real-world, scalable application where agents are a key component. You'll design and build production-grade systems that combine intelligent agents with a robust backend to power security investigations and decision-making at scale. 

What You'll Do 

• Design, build, and ship major features E2E
• Take a leading role in developing AI agents and the systems around them 
• Drive technical decisions to evolve the product and scale the platform 
• Architect reliable, scalable systems (Python backend) 
• Work closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams 
• Bring clarity, structure, and energy to the day-to-day 

What You'll Bring 

• 6+ years of software engineering experience 
• Proven ability to understand complex technical and product problems, break them down, and build end-to-end solutions 
• Production experience building and operating AI agents or agent-based systems 
• Strong backend fundamentals (Python, cloud-native, distributed systems) 
• Sharp systems thinker with a bias for simplicity and clarity 
• Bias for action, strong sense of ownership, and accountability 
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in English.

Nice to Have 

• Experience in the cybersecurity domain. 
• Experience building security or AI-driven products
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
