Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of dental procedures and practices.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
• Perform various dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals (Endodontics), and crowns.
• Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed (Dental fabrication).
• Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for children.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems (Epic).
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote overall health.
• Collaborate with dental office staff to ensure efficient operations and patient flow.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

Skills

• Proficient in general dentistry techniques and practices.
• Knowledge of infection control standards and protocols.
• Experience with dental software systems such as Dentrix for managing patient records.
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise dental procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Understanding of medical records management and compliance requirements.
