Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20–$23 per hour | Hours: 30–35/week

Altius Search Group is partnering with a well-established insurance provider to hire a motivated Customer Service Representative to support its growing client base. • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries—phone, email, and in person

• Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, services, and policy options

• Resolve client issues professionally and efficiently

• Maintain and update customer records following company standards

• Process applications, forms, and service requests accurately and on time

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships

• Remain informed about product updates, coverage changes, and internal processes

• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Property & Casualty License preferred but not required
