Retail Sales Associate

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
