Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in various settings, including hotels, commercial facilities, and private residences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guest needs
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards and safety regulations
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Follow established protocols for infection control and COVID-19 safety measures
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required by management

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is a plus
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing is advantageous
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning or commercial janitorial services can be beneficial
• Previous housekeeper or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
