glerups USA is seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Customer Service Representative to support the day-to-day operations of our growing U.S. headquarters. This role blends customer service leadership, office management, and executive support — ideal for someone who thrives in a small, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
You will assist a small customer service team, and serve as a trusted right-hand to the COO, assisting with delegated projects, scheduling, and cross-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate is a true self-starter — professional, personable, and quick on their feet — who brings warmth and efficiency to every interaction, whether on the phone, in person, or by email.

Founded in 1993 in Denmark, glerups is a family-grown company known for our handcrafted wool slippers — made from 100% natural wool and designed for comfort, function, and timeless Scandinavian simplicity. Our U.S. team is based in Newfields, New Hampshire, and works closely with our Danish headquarters and Romanian production teams to bring glerups to customers and retailers across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Customer Experience
- Lead and support a small Customer Service team, ensuring all inquiries (B2C and B2B) are handled promptly, warmly, and professionally.
- Set and uphold customer service standards, ensuring every call and email reflects the brand's friendly, calm, and capable tone.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls — warmly engage, resolve issues, and professionally transition off the line when appropriate.
- Assist with order processing, returns, warranties, and invoicing as needed.
- Provide coaching, training, and daily guidance to the Customer Service Associate(s) where needed.
Office Management & Operations
- Oversee daily office operations: supplies, vendors, mail, scheduling, and general upkeep.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and well-functioning.
- Serve as the main administrative support for the U.S. team — maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting with travel or logistics where needed.
- Liaise across departments (Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure information flows efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems and shared drives, scribes, ensuring critical information is accessible and accurate.
