Hours/Shifts: Full Time Hours

Day in the Life of a Dietary Cook:

• Prepares food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu.

• Prepares food using proper food handling and food safety.

• Uses the correct portion control utensils during preparation and service food.

• Planning menus alongside Chefs, Dietitians and Doctors

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Strong candidates will have at least 1 year experience nutrition services experience in nursing facility.

• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
