The Role

As a BOH Team Player, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations. From prepping ingredients to executing orders with speed and accuracy, you'll help deliver the Chick'n Out experience our guests love. This isn't just a "line cook" job — it's a chance to be part of a system that values fairness, creativity, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Execution & Quality
  Prepare and cook menu items to spec, with consistent portioning and presentation. Represent the brand to the fullest

Follow food safety SOPs (including sauce handling and discard procedures).
Keep your station stocked, clean, and service‑ready.
- Accountability & Teamwork
- Communicate clearly with Expo and FOH to keep tickets flowing.
- Be punctual and reliable, never leave your team hanging.
- Flex between fry, prep, line and other stations as needed.
