Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and report patient conditions to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Ability to work weekend shifts, including every Saturday and Sunday each month
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
